Learn the history and technqiues of the physical art of the Usui Reiki Healing system. Learn how to self heal and to draw the Universal healing energy into your body over this 1.5 day training course (can also be taught over 3 evenings).

Usui Reiki Second Degree
Delve deeper into the Usui healing system and learn the emotional and mental aspects of Reiki. Learn about our energy frequencies, distance healing and the first 3 healing symbols plus how you can use reiki for so much more. Over this 1.5 day training course you will gain all the knowledge to be able to open your own reiki practice if you so wish.

This feminine healing technique was originally downloaded and gifted by the Goddess herself to Reiki Master Elaina and Reiki Master Fionn whilst they journeyed beyond the realms seeking a more organic form of Reiki rather than the linear traditional form we know and trust.

Gassho & Joshin Kokyo Ho technique
Learn how to properly preform this deep Reiki meditation technique which focuses on the breath and hara lines to release all tension from within the body. This is a 1/2 day course.

Microcosmic Orbits
For those wishing to further their studies after Reiki second degree we go onwards into the inner workings of our own energy systems and to help us increase the capacity inwhich we receive and channel energy. This is a 1/2 day course.
