Reiki Master Teacher Elaina is honored to take her students on their Reiki journey. From Reiki First Degree, to Second Degree and Master Elaina offers constant support, guidance and reassurance at every single step and stage.
For those wishing to return to Reiki after absence from the practice Elaina offers the same support, guidance and reassurance in her refresher courses and additional study classes.

Reiki First Degree
Learn the history and technqiues of the physical art of the Usui Reiki Healing system. Learn how to self heal and to draw the Universal healing energy into your body over this 1.5 day training course (can also be taught over 3 evenings).

Reiki Second Degree
Delve deeper in to the Usui Healing technique and learn the Emotional and mental aspects of Reiki. Learn more on our energy frequencies, 3 sacred Reiki Symbols, how to distance heal and how to use the power of Reiki for so much more on this 1.5 day training course where once qualified you can begin your own Reiki healing practice if you wish.

Gassho & Joshin Kokyo Ho technique
Learn how to properly preform this deep Reiki meditation technique which focuses on the breath and hara lines to release all tension from within the body. This is a 1/2 day course.

Microcosmic Orbits
For those wishing to further their studies after Reiki second degree we go onwards into the inner workings of our own energy systems and to help us increase the capacity inwhich we receive and channel energy. This is a 1/2 day course.
